Conceived by a group of Jamestown locals, Beech is a magical place that treats every guest like a regular, even when it’s their first time joining us. The group recently partnered with James Beard Award Winning Chef Michael Schlow to continue to evolve the restaurant, and Michael and the team are committed to providing a consistent, excellent experience that bring guests back time and time again.
The restaurant features approachable menu that focuses on American Cuisine with gentle Mediterranean touches as well as outstanding craft cocktails, a well curated wine selection, and most importantly, affable, knowledgeable service led by Dominick Lepore and Sadie Swap.
The kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Eric Warren, who oversees the day-to-day culinary operations, Eric and Michael work hand in hand to create dishes that are seasonal, delicious, beautifully plated, and memorable.
